We want to make you truly leave feeling the best version of you. So please take a moment to read the below, so we can make you feel being taken care of at the salon and being confident with yourself when you leave.

PATCH TEST

Are you new to PATRIZIA MANIAS or not had a colour service with us in the past 6 months? We’ll need you to have a test a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your colour service, or your appointment won’t go ahead.

CONSULATIONS

Each cut, colour and styling session begins with the personalised consultation whereby your stylist assesses everything from your bone structure to sartorial style. We strongly recommend you to have a free 15-minute consultation with one of our expert stylists, before your actual appointment.

YOUR COLOUR APPOINTMENT

Any styling services - a cut or a blow-dry - should be booked together with your colour appointment to see perfect finishing results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please feel free to move or cancel your appointment. Just be sure to give us at least 24 hours’ notice, or we’ll need to charge you 100% of your service cost.
